Our most popular custom radio strap—handcrafted in rustic brown leather and built by firefighters for firefighters.
Your radio strap rides with you through long shifts, routine calls, and the ones you’ll never forget. We build ours from heavy-duty American leather, combining durability for the job with comfort for daily fire, EMS, and station use.
Each strap is individually hand cut, dyed, stamped, stitched, and assembled in our North Carolina shop.

Your selected lettering and designs are stamped into the leather. Available color options depend on the customization selected. See the customization notes below for finish details, expected wear, and our repaint service.
Natural variations in leather grain, dye absorption, and finish are part of the character of a handcrafted leather product.
Customization & Finish Notes
Anti-sway strap text: Text is stamped into the leather only. Anti-sway straps do not include a text color option.
Radio case images: Images are stamped into the leather only. These stamped designs do not include a color option.
Painted customization: Colored customization is subject to wear. Daily use, abrasion, exposure, and fireground conditions can cause painted details to crack, peel, or wear over time.
For the longest-lasting appearance, we recommend selecting a text color that matches the strap and using contrasting colors only for the text outline.
Repaint Service
We offer a $15 repaint service. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your strap to us. You are responsible for shipping it to our shop; return shipping to you is included in the repaint service.
Radio Strap Sizing
Measure before ordering. Our sizing may differ from other manufacturers. Strap measurements exclude the radio case.

How to Measure
- Take a piece of rope, webbing, or string.
- Drape it over your shoulder where you normally wear your radio strap.
- Bring both ends to your hip where the radio case will sit.
- Measure the total length in inches, excluding the radio case.
- Compare your measurement with the size ranges above.
Stand straight while measuring. If you are unsure about your size or are ordering a gift, contact us before placing the order rather than relying on height or weight alone.
Incorrect sizing cannot be corrected through a repair. Review your measurements and selected size carefully before ordering.
Production & Shipping
Average production time is 3–4 weeks. Qualifying custom orders are backed by our 4 Weeks or Less or Your Money Back guarantee.
The guarantee concerns when your order ships from our shop. Carrier transit time follows shipment and is outside our control. Read the published guarantee terms for eligibility and exceptions.
We do not provide an individual scheduled production date. You will receive:

Use & Care
Follow your department’s procedures for radio placement, equipment use, inspection, and cleaning. Position your strap and radio so they do not interfere with your protective equipment.
Inspect the leather, stitching, hardware, and attachment points regularly. Contact us if you find damage or have a concern about your strap.
For cleaning after fireground exposure, follow your department’s contamination-control procedures and contact us for leather-specific care guidance. Do not put leather equipment in an extractor or dryer. Allow cleaned leather to air dry out of direct sunlight.
