We Don't Believe in Long Lead Times.

At Fully Involved Leatherworks, we know you're not ordering leather equipment to hang on the wall. You're ordering gear to put to work.

That's why we keep our shipping policy simple.


Custom Products

Most of our products are built specifically for you after the order is placed.

Our Promise

Custom products ship within 4 weeks or your money back.

If your custom order exceeds 4 weeks from the date of purchase, you may request a full refund of your order.

Some exclusions may apply for:

  • Customer-requested order holds

  • Changes made after the order is placed

  • Delays caused by missing information from the customer

  • Large department or agency orders

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Our goal is simple: get your gear built and out the door as quickly as possible.


In-Stock Products

Products listed as in stock typically ship:

Same Business Day

or

Next Business Day

depending on the time your order is placed.

While we make every effort to ship immediately, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Large order quantities

  • Trade show schedules

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Weather events

  • Carrier interruptions


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using major carriers including:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Please allow carriers time to scan and update tracking information after shipment.


Shipping Delays

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, we cannot control:

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Mechanical failures

  • Routing errors

  • Holiday congestion

  • Lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier

Shipping dates and delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Fully Involved Leatherworks.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing claims and working with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.

At the end of the day, we're firefighters too. We understand that when you order gear, you want it yesterday.

We'll do everything we can to get your order built, shipped, and in your hands as quickly as possible.
