Because many of our products are handmade and customized, each item may vary slightly from photographs shown on this website.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with a custom order before completing checkout.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unit Numbers

  • Station Numbers

  • Spelling

  • Colors

  • Hardware Selections

  • Sizes

  • Product Options

Orders are manufactured according to the information submitted by the customer.

Errors resulting from incorrect information entered during checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

If Fully Involved Leatherworks makes an error that does not match the submitted order, we will correct the issue at no cost to the customer.

Lead Times

Many of our products are custom manufactured to order.

Published lead times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Trade show schedules

  • Production requirements

While we make every effort to meet published timelines, lead times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, or listing inaccuracies at any time.

If an error results in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made for approved purchase orders, distributor accounts, or other authorized payment terms.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Fully Involved Leatherworks.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate before submitting an order.

Returns & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by our Return Policy and Warranty Policy.
