Our 4-Week Money-Back Guarantee

4 Weeks or Less or Your Money Back

We Don't Just Give You a Production Estimate. We Stand Behind Our Promise.

At Fully Involved Leatherworks, we believe firefighters deserve to know when their custom gear is going to ship.

Since 2013, we've worked to combine quality leather craftsmanship with reasonable and dependable turnaround times.

Our 4 Weeks or Less or Your Money Back guarantee reflects that commitment.

What Is the 4-Week Guarantee?

Qualifying custom orders are guaranteed to ship within four weeks under our published guarantee terms.

If we fail to meet our eligible production shipping commitment, we stand behind our money-back guarantee.

Unlike a general production estimate, this is a commitment we make to our customers.

Does Four Weeks Mean Delivery or Shipment?

Shipment.

Our production guarantee concerns when your qualifying custom order leaves our shop.

Once the package is shipped, transportation and delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and the carrier.

Carrier transit delays are not the same as production delays.

Why Do We Offer This Guarantee?

Because we believe accountability matters.

Firefighters order custom gear for work, promotions, gifts, special occasions, and personal milestones. We recognize that production times can affect those plans.

Our goal is to give customers confidence that we're taking their order, their time, and their investment seriously.

Need Gear Sooner?

Our ready-to-ship radio straps are available in popular configurations without the additional production time required for full customization.

In-stock orders normally ship the same or next business day.
