Shipping Policy

Shipping

Shipping Times are as follows

In Stock Products (No Customization) Typically ship within 2 business days.

Custom Products (Customized Products Made To Order) Typically ship within the published lead time.  See product details for specifics.

If a custom product is needed before the advertised production time posted on the product please contact us directly.  We can expedite custom orders, however, a $45 fee, or 25% fee (whichever is higher) will apply.  DO NOT PURCHASE CUSTOM PRODUCTS NEEDING TO BE EXPEDITED WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

 Once we begin creating your order,  you will receive an email notification notifying you of same.  Once your product has been created and shipped, you will receive tracking information.  Please do not contact us asking when your product will ship unless you ordered your product more than 5 weeks prior.  We ask this because each time you contact us, you take time away from your product being made.  We can not predict shipping dates for customized items because each product its created by hand.

Return Policy

Our Policy is pretty simple: 

If it is our fault- Fully Involved Leatherworks will stand behind it and cover all costs associated with the issue. 
If it is the customers fault- (ex: clicked the wrong button, didn't measure according to our guide, decided our products were too awesome) The customer is responsible for the charges occurred with the mistake.  We do our best to keep costs reasonable and work with everyone to make the experience great.

Our work comes with a lifetime limited craftsmanship warranty.  Fully Involved Leatherworks is not responsible for items burnt, torn, tattered, broken, submerged, ran over, or any other type of mistreatment of leather.  Fully Involved Leatherworks lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers the leather product itself from defective craftsmanship resulting in limited or deficient use.  Alterations, adaptations, or changes made by any other person or company not associated with Fully Involved Leatherworks will not be covered under this warranty.  While we only purchase the best hardware on the market, we are not responsible for hardware general wear, plating scratches, or  cosmetic hardware issues over time.  Brass hardware is made from solid brass, which is a soft metal.  Fully Involved Leatherworks LLC is not responsible for brass equipment wearing over time, that is the sole nature of the metal.  Fully Involved Leatherworks may offer repair at little or no cost of products which do not qualify for the lifetime craftsmanship warranty.  Please contact a sales representative before sending back items to be repaired under manufacturers warranty. All orders returned will not be accepted without prior authorization and RMA form inside the package.

Exchanges
Exchanges of in stock, or non-customized products must be exchanged within 14 Calendar days from delivery.  In order to exchange products they must be in as new condition.  Items may only be returned once you have spoken with a customer service representative and been issued an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) form sent to you.  All Items returned without proper RMA identification will be returned to sender. The customer is responsible for delivering or shipping the item back to Fully Involved Leatherworks LLC at their own cost. Items returned may incur a restock fee.  Items exchanged may incur a restock fee.  Restock fees are not to exceed $10.00 per item.  Return shipping costs may be associated with returning the order back to the customer which will be charged to the customer.

Returns

Returns of in stock, or non-customized products must be exchanged within 14 Calendar days from delivery.  In order to exchange products they must be in as new condition. Items may only be returned once you have spoken with a customer service representative and been issued an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) form sent to you.  All Items returned without proper RMA identification will be returned to sender.  Custom items which have spelling errors that were created by the purchaser will not be covered under any warranty and will be remade at the customers expense.  If spelling errors occur that do not match the order specifications we will remake the affected piece of equipment.  The use of hyphens, dashes, or any other special characters are not considered to be spelling errors, as they published through the ordering process as not available.  Items returned may incur a restock fee.  Items exchanged may incur a restock fee.  Restock fees are not to exceed $10.00 per item.
