Returns Policy

Our work comes with a limited warranty. If you are not satisfied with your piece, we will re-tool, repaint, or repair your work if possible. If this cannot be achieved we will create another piece. There are no refunds on any order. If you have purchased a product and there are errors in spelling in your order or any other error you will be responsible for purchasing another piece. Customer service is our number 1 value and we take great pride in satisfying our customers.  If you have any issues please contact us to have a RMA (returned merchandise authorization) form sent to you.


Shipping Times are as follows:


In Stock Products (No Customization) Typically ship within 3 business days.


Custom Products (Customized Products Made To Order) Typically ship within 4-7 weeks. (fall lead times will be greater than normal)


If a custom product is needed before the 4-7 week lead time please contact us directly.  We can expedite custom orders, however, a $25 fee, or 25% fee (whichever is higher) will apply.  DO NOT PURCHASE CUSTOM PRODUCTS NEEDING TO BE EXPEDITED WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.


Once we begin creating your order,  you will receive an email notification notifying you of same.  Once your product has been created and shipped, you will receive tracking information.  Please do not contact us asking when your product will ship unless you ordered your product more than 5 weeks prior.  We ask this because each time you contact us, you take time away from your product being made.  We can not predict shipping dates because each product is custom.
